We’re looking for a Senior Property Consultant who can be the face of our brand, guiding prospective clients on their investment journey with expertise and enthusiasm.

As a Senior Property Consultant, you’ll be turning qualified leads into happy InvestorKit clients through in-depth consultation sessions. Your days will be filled with engaging conversations, where you’ll dive deep into clients’ goals and align our top-notch services with their aspirations. You’ll use your property investment knowledge and sales prowess to build strong relationships and close deals that align with your KPIs. Plus, you’ll be collaborating with our amazing sales team to seize new opportunities and ensure smooth post-sign-up processes.

In this role, nurturing your own pipeline will be key. You’ll employ a variety of outreach and drip-feed techniques to guide clients from being “not ready” to being eager to invest. Your expertise in residential and commercial property, real estate investment finance, and InvestorKit’s unique strategies will shine through as you build and maintain lasting relationships. Whether it’s through personalized consultations or proactive follow-ups, you’ll be the go-to expert for our clients.
